About Tina

As far back as Tina Weiss can remember, her greatest joy has come from helping others. Growing up in an Orthodox Jewish family in New York, her family was deeply involved in the local community, always prioritizing the needs of others. From a young age, Tina learned about the horrors of the Holocaust, which instilled in her a profound sensitivity to the suffering of other cultures, races, and religions. Music, dance, and art became her refuge, helping her navigate the challenges of a changing world and cope with life’s difficult realities.

As a child, Tina played the piano, often accompanied by her father’s singing. These moments of music and joy became cherished memories. Yet, her awareness of social, cultural, and economic injustices never faded. Tina made a personal vow to bring happiness to children through the arts—a passion that has shaped both her early life and her adult pursuits. This commitment ultimately led to the founding of the Hugs and Smiles Children’s Foundation, grounded in the belief that art, music, and dance can build bridges where there are none.

Tina is a seasoned entrepreneur, visionary, and influencer. As a Connection Consultant, Promoter, and Marketer, she possesses a remarkable ability to see the bigger picture and connect the right business partners with the right opportunities on a global scale. Her keen insight allows her to identify what people need and guide them to it.

In her role as a Strategic Liaison, Tina excels at bringing people together, fostering collaboration, and enhancing communication.
